What is the phone number for Mt Sinai MyChart support? ›

If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your MyMountSinai help desk at 1 855-343-3470 to help you regain access to your MyMountSinai account.

Please telephone your Provider's office to inquire about obtaining a MyChart activation code. In order to grant you a MyMountSinai account, we will verify your identity using questions from a third-party verification system. Once verified, you will be able to create your MyMountSinai account.

If you do not have a MyChart or MyMountSinai® account, you must contact your provider's office directly to obtain a MyMountSinai® activation code. If you have recently received an activation code that you would like to use, you can use the code to create your MyMountSinai® account here.

If you try to log in unsuccessfully too many times, you might be locked out of the account. In this case, you won't be able to reset your password yourself. For help resetting passwords and regaining access to your account, please reach out to your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk.

You may also go to Your Menu > Communication > Messages. Messages are organized into a few folders: Bookmarked - To bookmark a message, click into the message and click the "Bookmark" link at the top. You may find these messages in the Bookmark folder later.

Your MyChart username: Is what you entered when activating your account.

An activation code (also known as an activation key) is used to activate the software after installation. Activation ensures that the software is genuine and legally licensed. Unlike a product key, which is entered during installation, the activation code is applied after installation.

Click on the "Preferences" menu and select the "Change E-mail Address" link. You must enter your new email address twice and then click the "Submit Changes" button. This will instantly update your info in MyChart and your electronic medical record.

Your password is different than your MyChart username. It is also case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one number, and one letter.

Your activation code expires after 30 days and is no longer valid after the first time you use it. This is because of security reasons. You can request a new activation code by: Clicking the 'sign up now' button found on the MyChart log in page.

If your organizations both participate, you should be able to link them by going to the "Link My Accounts" page in your MyChart account. View a list of participating organizations. For more information about Happy Together, go to this page.
